LS1/LS2/LS3 | 5.3/6.0 Swap Conversion Oil Pan

An oil pan serves as the reservoir for the oil within an engine, ensuring proper lubrication, cleaning, and cooling of its moving parts. LS engines are among the most popular for swaps for their low cost and big power potential - and this oil pan fits most LS engines (except LS7 or LS9 dry sump applications) but will require the use of LS3 style dipstick and tube:

• Holley 302-15 Dipstick/Tube Kit
• Our KPP81079BK or KPP81079C

This oil pan uses the OE style filter such as AC Delco PF48/PF48E, K&N HP-1017 Wix 57060, or equivalent oil filter. It will not work in G-Body applications and will not fit dry sump engines (LS7, LS9).

This oil pan is durably constructed - it's made of quality materials for durability and leak-free performance. It is designed for use with GM #12558253 windage tray, which may need to be altered to add clearance for the pick-up tube and engine position (fore/aft or height) may need to be adjusted for clearance, depending on application. Maximum stroke of 4.25
