Chevy Big/Small Block Distributor

This is a complete, ready to run all new HEI distributor. With a high-quality aluminum housing and dual hardened steel bushings, it is built to last. It features fully adjustable mechanical and vacuum advance for superior tunability. High-output 7,500+ RPM ignition module, high-output 65,000 volt coil, solid brass terminals, and an easy one-wire hookup. The steel gear is compatible with most cast or billet cams, but always consult your camshaft manufacturer for recommended distributor gear material.

This distributor cap is made to last. The cap is made from durable black polycarbonate. The lower housing is made from high-quality aluminum with hardened steel dual bushing construction. This high-output module has a high-spark 65,000-volt internal coil, solid brass terminals, and features an easy one-wire hookup. The modern mechanical and vacuum spark advancement ensures your spark will be precise and accurate.

What”s Included

Included with the distributor cap are installation instructions and the vacuum advance adjustment tool, so you can ensure your spark timing is just before TDC to ensure proper combustion. This distributor gear is most compatible with cast iron hydraulic or solid flat tappet camshafts; consult cam manufacturer for recommended gear material

Important Notes

Note: This distributor fits small block 262-400 and big block Mark IV 396-454. It will not fit tall deck blocks and also will not fit if using a governor
